Odysseus' son Telemachus is about 20 years old and is sharing his absent father's house on the island of Ithaca with his mother Penelope and a crowd of 108 boisterous young men, "the Suitors", whose aim is to persuade Penelope to marry one of them, all the while reveling in Odysseus' palace and eating up his wealth....

I'm sure guys are already irritated. Especially Matthews and Tavares. Though there aren't any personalities on the team that will voice their displeasure publicly.

At this point, when you're at risk of losing the player, maybe you should consider paying for his future potential.

I get that he'll be paid more than Pastrnak and Ehlers, but I also think he will be worth the money.
