Keeps getting his nice little guarantees for a player who likely never contributes to their NHL squad. At some point the Swiss League probably comes calling. He’s at that age now, where he’ll likely make more money in Europe for a few years. So maybe it’s time to cash-in like Austin Czarnik did last week.

You only have so many years to make money in the sport. If you can walk home with $2-$3 million for 3-4 seasons, you almost have to do it, if you’re gonna be an AHL mainstay.
