God I love Trotz. So entertaining.
Problem is, with a guy like Trotz - watching his moves - it makes me think that I could actually be a GM. That in turns gives my opinions here more arrogance than it really should.

This claim doesn't make sense. It would appear that they are just throwing darts at a board and hoping someone lands.
Does Trotz even have support staff working around him? Is there a plan, cause these don’t even feel random. They feel like intentionally trying to make the franchise a laughing stock
Our defense is god awful and we just traded Schenn. We just need warm bodies.

Hey, it's not everyday you get an opportunity to make your weirdly old roster even older via waivers and you gotta cherish those opportunities.
It's fashionable to try to dunk on Trotz. Which I'm generally in favor of, but do it for Stamkos/Duchene/Fabbro etc. This makes perfect sense and is a nothing move.
He's better than Schenn/Englund etc. and they still need bodies for the rest of the season. He's actually been pretty good this year, and getting caved/playing with bums every night doesn't do young players any favors. Just ask the Hawks.

We're missing three of our actual NHL dmen, this makes perfect sense. Unlike everything else Trotz has done over the last 12 months.

A doorstop would be better than what ive seen out of englund. This is a good pickup even if we dont move anyone else of the roster
