Perfectly servicable as a bottom pairing dman. Must mean one of carrier or lauzon are ready to come off of IR. Hes been beat out by Wilsby and Stastney is ahead of him as well whenever he gets back up to game speed.

I don’t think he’s “brutal”. He’s just basically a cheaper and less experienced version of Carrier. Which I don’t think our team needs at all. But he can temporarily fill in ok in the NHL.

Mainly he’s really good for Milwaukee, and that team needs him back. So I hope he isn’t claimed.

I’m just frustrated with the way Trotz is doing this team. Losing del gaizo for free is least of Trotzs concern…

Yeah, he's an undersized sort of weak-PMD type of D. You can patch that guy in if you are totally stuck. He won't completely embarrass himself. But I don't think there's any long-term NHL upside here.

Only if you see large numbers of Preds fans freaking out over it and lamenting Trotz's choices. That's not happening here.

Yep. Del G is adequate as a bottom pairing dman if necessary but Stastney is a better choice once healthy and Wilsby has really stepped up. It is nice to be able to keep him around as an option since he cleared. Id personally rather have him play tonight over Gravel.

Blankenburg and Schenn are our only natural RHD so they arent goin anywhere at the moment unless Trotz wants to get really froggy
