I'm kinda suprised how many fans there are in the stands from Europe wearing their countries colors etc. Think it's possible the NHL has paid people to impersonate European fans to give the tournament more legitimacy and excitement?

Nope. Went to all four games this past weekend and the Euros were legit.

It's Toronto. There are probably a lot of Europeans at any point there. A disproportionate amount of them would go watch their home country play. Not sure if people are actually flying there solely for the tournament though.
