As it was already said your 8th dman (on a team that isn't good defensively) is going to be bad, Carrick, Kiersted, and Megna are already essentially AHL lifers, Bjornfot at least has high draft pedigree and is pretty young so I don't mind it. Only one I may have liked to see instead was Benning but I have no idea how he's looked down there.

Samo and MT were awful last game, no wonder PoMo took Samo off the PP after the first penalty. They try forcing plays that aren't there.

OTOH our D did a very decent job. I agree with Finlandpanther and zeroG, Bjornfot was very good. I am not that impressed with COL. Once you get them caught up in boardplay, they are very mediocre. It really looks like our Star players need some rest so that they can play more physical for a longer period of time during the game.

I would have preferred PoMo to keep Bob in the net at the end, just to stop MacKinnon's and Rantanen's point scoring streak.

seriously. not looking to start rumors but i wouldn't be surprised if desantis has removed the flouride from the water and replaced it with something a little more interesting.

Bath Salts.
Or at least that's what the faucet tells me when I brush my teeth

Watched up to the 2nd period. Team just seems lifeless in stretches. Bob had a very good game, and the team didn't know what to do with the puck on the powerplay.

Nice to see Carter score again, just wonder if putting the lines in a blender, like putting Reino back with the 3rd line Finns would get more depth scoring, but Barkov has been ice cold recently.

I get two finals back to back is a lot for players, but we've seen them come out playing like it was a playoff game for a stretch, then look like the 2007 Panthers the following few games.

what is it about Samsoskevich that Maurice feels he can only trust him with 8 mins a night? It wouldn't be a fatal mistake to swap him with Rodrigues

Our top-6 needs to get off the autopilot. A lot of bad passing and weak pressure in the offensive zone.

I know they’re played a ton of hockey the last couple years and are probably trying to pace themselves but we still have the second half of the season ahead of us.

I have faith in them to figure it out, it’s just frustrating to see them look so inconsistent after last year.

I honestly dont know why PoMo wont go back to the playoff lines yet....or is it because of that? He is saving it for the playoffs.

We played game 7 with

Verhaeghe Barkov Reinhart
ERod Benny Chucky
Luosty Lundy Tank
Lomberg Stenlund Okposo

So why not

Same Top 6
Lousty Lundy Boqvist/Samo
Greer Nosek Boqvist/Samo
