Wasn't he waived? So, we wasted draft capital for this? Here's an idea, waive the 4th line and let anyone in Utica pick up the ball! Holy shit, what is this even? When we were told jack getting hurt doesnt change their way of thisnking of the TDL aI guess it shoud of, this blows! I am sure Sproing is a lovely person but WTF. Maybe if Fitz passed on the Blake Shelon concert last night and paid f***ing attn to his team!

Fitz is a moron but I don't hate this in a vacuum. Sprong is a good finisher which is what the Devils have lacked all year, he just blows chunks defensively

Dude! He was waived and cleared months ago! I dont wanna hear anything form our fanbase about how these moves help us in any way. Even if they take us a couple of rounds (they won't). This TDL was abysmal in the least, closer to attrocius! It started in Dec and sat around waiting for it to change, it didnt.

Yes because a deal of this magnitude needs to go down to the wire / analyzed / broken down and verified by all levels of management and ownership as the repercussions of such a deal could be franchise altering.

No I agree. I simply meant that someone is going to come back and say look we got in (like the Caps last year and got torched) and I am stopping it in its tracks. This was a horrible TDL. I'd rather he done nothing
 
I’d rather Fitz did nothing too now . I thought that maybe he would have longer term solutions to problems like getting ROR from the Preds but I guess there was nothing to be had. Fitz waited way too long and should have had the bottom 6 and C depth issues figured out long ago. He once again waited too long and it’s going to cost him a complete season wasted . Again. His job should 100% be in jeopardy when they miss the playoffs .

We also added Chowolski for Beckman. There it is trade that puts us over!
