Value of: Nicolas Meloche, RD, UFA

Just going through the list of remaining UFA and was wondering if his numbers from last year suggest he is someone worth a flier or if he has reached his potential as a career AHL defenseman?

Career highs in games played, points, and penalty minutes for Calgary (albeit the Wranglers and not the Flames).

Given the scarcity of right shot defensemen is there anything here?

Career AHL guy. Could probably play a few games in the NHL to cover injuries, but not a guy you'd want on your NHL roster long term.
