The Sabres black jerseys were always my favorite. I think most people either loved them or hated them.

For non NHL jerseys, wasn't there an OHL team that wore some that looked like one of Don Cherry's jackets? Those if I remember were pretty funny.

I hated it when John Ferguson ditched the classic WHA Jets jerseys for the re-cycled late 70's jerseys the NY Rangers rejected.

I'm so glad the Flames went back to these full time.

I've always said that it should be considered heresy for a team (especially teams that aren't all that old or don't have a long history) to switch jersey/kit designs from ones where they won championships in. It's bad sports juju.

Flames finally got their colours and design in order.
