Yes, I do believe in my two upsets in the East. Pittsburgh will repeat its pathetic ways in the playoffs and I just think Boston is not playing well going into the playoffs.

The final four will be a tournament of champions! Chicago vs LA and Pittsburgh vs Boston. The last four Stanley Cup champions!!!!

East
PIT - OTT: the Sens in 6, upset special. the NBC and P Maguire lovefest for Sid must end. goalies make the difference and the combo of Fleury-Vokoun dont stack up to Anderson at this point.

NYR - BOS: no clear favorite. the B's are stronger on paper, but aren't performing well. who knows who shows up for the Rangers on any given night, but going with the hot goalie in Henrik. NYR in 6


West
CHI - DET: old Norris matchup. DET gives CHI a run with at least 2 OT games. CHI in 6

LA - SJ: the only one that matter. the one that i dont know what and how it will shake out. the Kings didn't play them well this season and the Rd 1 effort the Kings played doesn't bode well against the Sharks. if they play SJ like they played STL then LA gets bounced in 5. if they play at or near last spring's PO team, then they will win.

homer prediction - LA in 6 as last spring's PO team finally takes the ice.
