NHL Network on Optimum

Hello all. Anyone in NJ area that doesnt have the NHL network anymore on Optimum? i have the premiere package and had it in the past. dont seem to have anymore. altice wants to send a technician out. was wondering if anyone else ran into the same issue

Yea they have a new scam called the Sports Package which they moved it into. So now you get to pay more for what you used to have in the past. Support never knows what it is talking about which is why they want to needlessly send out a tech.

Yeah, Sean Avery nailed it...

It got moved to a package that requires you to purchase things like Red Zone, Golf Channel, NBA TV etc. alongside it and it's not cheap. And not surprised they say it might be a technical issue to try and charge you for labor only to tell you they need to increase your monthly bill significantly.

Yep. avery was correct. i got someone who knows what they were doing on a chat. added sports package for $5 pe rmonth. ridiculous
