well at least they went all forwards so far. Even if only 1 or 2 hit will be big help to our forward lineup 3-4-5 years down the line when you need some cost controlled assets.

Now that Buch was traded in a bad trade you're going to be insufferable about Drury like you were insufferable about Miller and then insufferable about Trouba, aren't you?
I just listed objective facts describing the picks, didn’t give my opinion on them. But yea Drury is a worse GM than either Miller or Trouba are players.

Lamb is in the same vein as Othmann in the sense that he has a great shot and a nose for the net. His shot isn't as deceptive, but he still gets it off quickly. He needs to work on first-step quickness, strength and commitment to his own end, but he's a nice take and bake candidate. In terms of take and bake upside, I compare him to Biondi from last year's draft.

Vaisanen is a big kid, elements of a power forward game, needs to shoot more and assert himself consistently. Reminds me a little bit of a poor man's Pool Party.

Don’t mind the pick of the Finnish kid. That’s the pick I have the least issue with so far.

Been out doing things for a few hours, what are people’s thoughts on who they’ve taken thus far?

Seems like okay to even good picks, but it would just be nice to try to get some C depth. Looking around the internet for some scouting thoughts throughout the year...

Fourth round so far:

Väisänen is an all situations type of winger who truly seems like the full package. I haven’t noticed any glaring flaws in his game, and I’m suspecting he’ll get a few games in the Liiga this season if he continues to play the way he has been.

The core of Lamb’s effectiveness is his shooting ability and passing skill. He explodes through his shot, transferring his weight over the puck before rolling his wrists through the release. Although he looks to shoot more than pass, he’s an efficient playmaker who finds teammates on the weak side, draws in pressure, and uses hook and slip passes to connect. -EliteProspects 2021 NHL Draft Guide

With Lamb taking a year in the USHL, we have 5 years to watch him develop. I love taking these young guys.

I feel kind of the opposite, Reinhart is the better player and proportionally they got screwed about as much as we did. NBA-style lotto protection on the pick - I would have said it was ok if it wasn't for that, because who knows what the Panthers are going to do any given season.

Probably a situation where there weren't enough teams that could clear cap space for Buch or Reinhart that they would also want to stay with.

Levi is a legit prospect too though, we got a 2nd and a 3rd line checker they got a 10-32 pick next year or a 1-32 pick the following year plus a legit goalie prospect.
