What was the consensus ranks on Grubbe? I’m seeing non ranked in most places. Even that scouching guy who seemingly watches everyone doesn’t have him ranked

It’s better.Kings' prospect system is the anti-Rangers
If Grubbe didn’t blow out his knee, where is he drafted?
Grubbe also blew out his knee and didn’t play this season. It’s an unnecessary injury risk at this point. What was the consensus ranks on Grubbe? I’m seeing non ranked in most places. Even that scouching guy who seemingly watches everyone doesn’t have him ranked

Doesnt matter he blew out his knee, will have problems skating for the rest of his so called career in the ahl
The last player we drafted and developed into an elite skater was Brian Leetch, and that was 35 years ago.
Maybe Kakko or Laf will break that mold, but this team is just allergic to drafting skill players. Always hunting for 'smart two way players who slot up and down the lineup'.
Do you believe this is reacting to Washington or reacting to the past two years and Washington just put a spotlight on it? I feel like for over a year you said they would shift focus, deal out skill for perceived lesser returns to get players they lack, and look to change the mix of players in the org. It seems like that's what they are doing moreso than simply reacting to Washington. I think it's more reacting to the bubble and also the games vs the Islanders that showed the warts hereAnd we continue to react to Washington....
Amonte and Weight came after Leetch. Amonte was a 30 goal scorer.
Stop picking players who can’t produce offense just because they are big
We spent some resources last year for grit... We've spent all of our resources this season for grit... there needs to be balance. If signing Goodrow for that amount taught us anything, it's that it's valuable to have cost controlled young plumbers too.
