Frankly if they were gonna move the draft age to 19, this would have been the year to do it.

It sure seems that way, but it almost seems like maybe they don't bother scouting and just grab whoever is ranked highest.

That's not meant as a criticism. I've often wondered if some team actually did that if they would end up doing better than a lot of teams who spend millions on scouting and end up outsmarting themselves.
