We got a high 3rd for Vesey and a 2nd+1 year of a grinder for Buchnevich.

Thanks guys. That's pretty amazing. I know a 3rd rounder will likely be worse than Vesey but it's pretty much a 2nd rounder albeit in a bad draft. And I'd much rather have a shot here to get someone better than Vesey.

- Use remaining draft picks.
- Go into the season with no other changes.

I mean we will have Lundkvist this year as well. Our defense is going to put up big numbers. Trouba will be healthy as well.

Rangers will take someone ranked 80 on NHL.com's list. Everyone will panic even though this has practically happened for the entire 2nd round.

Moving up that far probably would've come with a steeper cost. I think when you get within 10 you've got a chance, but it is still tricky.
