I seriously dont get how Suter gets a 93 rating. He is good but i dont think he is any better than the guys that get a 90-91 rating.

As a fellow Sens fan, I think you're going to be quite disappointed. They are generally quite hard on our team despite the results. I would say Turris, Hoffman, Zib, Pageau, Methot, and Ceci will all be 1-2 points lower.

I hope to god they put in more effort to the gameplay than they did to the ratings. This is the first NHL game im not buying at launch. I'm going to wait to hear the reaction on this game. I'm just simply not going to keep giving EA my money for roster updates...which ****ing suck

These are really bad should have been a 3 way tie at 94/93 OVR for Doughty, Karlsson, and Keith. Suter has no place in the top 5, Weber being ahead of the three mentioned earlier is lol worthy. Karlsson and Hedman are pretty much the same according to EA sports logic.
I think it's Karlsson's inferior defensive game with respect to the others and low physicality rating that puts him there. His offensive stats I'm sure are still the best.

It's because EA's rating system is weird if your a defensive defensemen and have high defensive awareness it makes the overall much higher then it should be but their individual stats are lower.

Yup. Try play be a pro as a DFD holy **** ur ratings go up fast

Very surprised by Hudler, Wheeler and Okposo's rating. Can't help but feel that Kucherov and/or Stone might have squeezed into the 9th or 10th spot.

What the hell, where is Jagr, with Florida he was on 74 point pace! :sarcasm:

I don't know what to think abut Hossa. I don't think he deserves that rating but on other hand he is one of the best defensive players in NHL.

Also, surprised by Hudler. Though he had fantastic season, he deserves it.

I think it's Karlsson's inferior defensive game with respect to the others and low physicality rating that puts him there. His offensive stats I'm sure are still the best.

He has more hits than Suter, Keith, Hedman, Mcdonagh, Josi and Pietrangelo so they really shouldn't. I'm sure all those guys will have a better physical rating though, EA has always rated Karlsson low.

Do the people who make these ratings even watch hockey?

Also I swear if john Scott isn't the best left wing in the NHL I am going to flip a table:naughty:

To many players in the 90's. I would take Josi down to 87, McDonagah to 88, Suter to 90, Doughty to 91 and Weber to 92.

I don't mind seeing a fair number of 90s ratings, as long as they're on the right guys. I wish they'd actually use the lower end of the rating system too, though. They never leave enough of a gap between the stars and the scrubs.

Why do people lose their minds over overall number? The overall isn't everything
