I just saw him in that Ready Player One movie, he seemed to be hanging in there okLoved Jeeves sad that the dementia got him
I think it will be Paul Jr if he is available
In the regular season Coleman/Worthy was a tossup. Worthy really showed up for the playoffs while Coleman was a complete non-factor. I'm not saying Coleman can't be a #2 WR in time, but he had a very disappointing rookie year given the role he was handed.Coleman also outproduced most of the receivers taken around him on a per game basis (including Worthy). McConkey was the outlier in the late 1st/early 2nd, not the norm.
Coleman could also be a YAC beast. He broke some long runs last year. The injury derailed the second half of the season for him. Jury's still out.I mean you have to start drafting some game changing talent if you want to actually help Josh out. That's what McConkey looks like. Coleman looks to be a WR3 contested catch guy who can't separate. You want much more from your top pick.
Eagles/Chiefs have been getting ballers on both sides every draft. Meanwhile we're still taking guys that need 3+ years to develop & the "book is still open on them"
Sure seems that way. On talent alone he was gone 50 picks ago minimum. Seems like teams don’t want anything to do with the attitude and drama, and I’m mostly referring to Deion.I'm a bit surprised that Royals and Watts are still hanging around.
I also thought for sure that someone would have gambled on Sanders by now.....guess he really did turn a lot of people off with his interviews.
He's not a bad player. Just looks to be a solid WR. Not a gamechanging talent.Coleman could also be a YAC beast. He broke some long runs last year. The injury derailed the second half of the season for him. Jury's still out.
The Chiefs offense has been well below the Bills the past two seasons, so it's strange you bring them up. Their defense, however, is bette than the Bills, so I'd like to catch up in talent. Some of that is coaching, though.
Their LBs were a big part of their coverage woes last year. It would behoove them to add a journeyman veteran type to the mix if one is available. Banking on 2 of Bernard, Milano, and Williams having good and healthy seasons is playing with fire.I do worry a little about LB coming into this season. I'm not sure Milano ever got back to his normal self after coming back from injury, and I'm not sure Bernard is that guy either. And that's just the starters...if those two get banged up it could get ugly quick against good teams that can attack weaknesses.
Rahsee Rice was a 2nd rounder in 2023. Worthy was the WR they selected last year. He's not a bad player. Just looks to be a solid WR. Not a gamechanging talent.
Rashee Rice was a gamechanger for the Chiefs last season as a rookie. Their 2nd round pick from last year. Had 262 yards in the playoffs. Coleman had 22 yards this playoffs.
For a while now, I've held that Kiser absolutely stands out as someone that McBeane would love. Some guys I'm looking out/hoping for tomorrow:
Dont'e Thornton WR Tennessee
Brashard Smith RB SMU
Jayson Blue RB Texas
Danny Stutsman LB Oklahoma
Jack Kiser LB Notre Dame
Jamon Dumes-Johnson LB/Edge Kentucky
Jack Sawyer EDGE Ohio State
Deone Walker DT Kentucky
Cam Jackson DT Florida
Kitan Crawford S Nevada
Malachi Moore S Alabama
Zah Frazier CB UTSA
Would have loved Xavier Watts or Jalen Royals but don't think we get anywhere near either of them at this point.
I’m really starting to wonder if McCord goes ahead of Sanders. I still kind of want McCord, if we’re gonna take a flyer the way we did with Jake Delhomme. Let Josh mentor a Syracuse product into a dependable backup, it’s never bad to have one.Milroe to Seattle. Let him learn behind Darnold for a year or two. Could be a REAL nice pick for them.
OK, real hypothetical time...Sure seems that way. On talent alone he was gone 50 picks ago minimum. Seems like teams don’t want anything to do with the attitude and drama, and I’m mostly referring to Deion.
Yep and I was talking about the last 2 draftsRahsee Rice was a 2nd rounder in 2023. Worthy was the WR they selected last year.
The three ND games I watched last year, I just remember them comparing his coverage ability as a LB to that of Brian Urlacher, which perked my brow obviously. For a while now, I've held that Kiser absolutely stands out as someone that McBeane would love.
IMO, he's not the right sort of backup for us. Middling arm strength in Buffalo don't mix real well.OK, real hypothetical time...
How far would he have to drop to consider drafting him to develop as Allen's understudy, with the potential to flip him for a pick in a few years? 5th round? 6th?
Athleticism I heardAlright. What's going on with Watts? Sanker goes ahead of him?
Smarter people than me have firmly stated that they want nothing to do with Sanders anywhere near Buffalo’s locker room under any circumstances, and it sure seems like the other 31 teams feel the same way about him. I’d rather draft the best punter available and I’m not kidding.OK, real hypothetical time...

Epenesa had more impressive college tape than Jackson. He absolutely bullied offensive linemen in college. I still think it was a huge mistake when the Bills asked him to cut 20lbs and change his body type, I felt like he lost a lot of power in his rushes.
