Baseball is hilarious. Every season there's a few players that I've never heard of come up from the prospect ranks. Rodin and Fluharty were guys I've never noticed on prospect lists. Davis Schneider might as well not have existed prior to showing up and demolishing the Red Sox.

Roden and Fluharty were two guys being talked about a lot here that’s for sure. I’ve been high on them since the start. Schneider was a guy that kinda came out of nowhere but just produced well enough at every level to eventually get to the bigs and carve out a career. He really did a 180 post-covid lockout on the brink of retirement. Will Robertson might be another guy to get a cup of coffee up in the bigs shortly.

Even Lukes, who I wasn’t really a fan of, paid his dues for almost a decade before finally getting the call. It’s always great to see hard work pay off. Normally that’s more attainable on the pitching front as a reliever.

Be difficult with a bullpen game vs ober and francis vs joe ryan. Maybe the offense will hit lije today and surprise us

Looks like Gausman vs Ober, BP vs Ryan, and Francis vs Lopez

Ober hasn't been his dominant self this year, so tomorrow is the game to get and then pray for the other two mismatches. The Jays haven't exactly been great on the road this year for whatever reason

I was clearly looking at the wrong list and forgot about Lopez's injury lol

Schultz/bp vs Ober
Gausman vs Paddack
Francis vs Ryan

Sometimes I wonder about the accuracy of the Statcast stuff - that Barger homer looked a lot longer than 385 feet. Cleared the whole first section of seats and landed in a foyer.
