I will say that in spite of missing most of the pre-game (I'm currently sitting in a parking lot watching on my tablet ) I think this configuration of broadcasters is the optimal one. Dan and Joe in the booth is my favorite duo and Shipman has grown on me as an analyst when she's there.

Siddal's insights on what the pitcher is thinking from a catcher's perspective is always good to listen to.

I like Buck too but Buck is more for the vibes than actual analysis given he still can't comprehend catchers being on one knee.
