But hey still all the D’s fault every god damn goalie Fitz brings in can’t stop a beach ball amirite?
i was going to type something out explaining our terrible d structure and how hard it is to track the puck as a goalie when they don’t cover the right man or make the smart/predictable play but whatever. you’re right, we just happen to only have the worst goalies ever on our team and it’s definitely not a structure/coaching thing
Because save percentage is not just a product of the goalie themselves? The situations and quality of shots also impact it?I'm coming here with 9 goals allowed on 44 shots this year.
Please explain that away.
advanced stats are great when you can place them in context and filter out the useful elements from the noise and i’m not sure you’re capable of thatnah man the Devils just have the worst system to ever exist in hockey. No other teams ever give up high % scoring chances, ever.

Listen to our broadcasters pumping up Ndelkovic who struggled last season. LMAO magically other teams acquire these mediocre goalies and they suddenly can make 37 saves in a game. Just a crazy coincidence.
LOL two of those garbage goals weren’t even high quality chances…that’s where the it’s all the D crowd and the system loses me. The D and the system has nothing to do with junk like goals #2 and 5!nah man the Devils just have the worst system to ever exist in hockey. No other teams ever give up high % scoring chances, ever.

Didn’t play badly at all tonight.Honestly feel good about the team and Vanecek still. Outshot them 39 to 21 (score effects but still looked like the better team by far from the jump).
Patience...patience....
Just like the Mets in SeptemberDon't worry guys, this is the soft part of the schedule
