Yamamoto in Kerfoot out. Who wins?
He's no different than Martin brought in by Lou, or Dubas bringing in Clifford and Simmonds. Another useless 4th liner that does nothing to address the lack of toughness on the rest of the roster that gets 95% of the remaining ice timeThat three year deal for Reaves is horrific, my God. I know we’re all sour on Dubas but it’s hilarious that as soon as he leaves the Leafs go and do something immediately stupid.

You know they’re going to do whatever they can to sign BuntingThey do love former Leafs. It’s hilarious to see their fans talk crap about all of our players then brag when they sign any of them.
How Brendan Shanahan's 'Shanaplan' is fixing the Maple Leafs graphically as a picture is worth a 1000 words.People will eventually understand Shanny played a bigger part than they realize.
Matt Martin can actually play though. He can hit and decent with the puck
Great guy in the room as well
Martin isn't a liability either. He's been a plus player in 80 games
Ha ha tough room this morning. With all the players leaving its not like spots can be filled with Marlies, that cupboard is bare too. We need bodies, too many leaving and not enough coming in........yet.
Losing Martin is one of the underrated mistakes of this era of Leafs. Guy was loved by the room and a warrior who was more than willing to stick up for his teammates, and he could actually play unlike old man Simmonds and Clifford.

Exactly, that's why the Browns, Yamamotos, Comtois, and such need to be considered as replacementsWe are losing a lot of players
Acciari
Schenn
O'Reilly
Holl
Kerfoot
Bunting (forgotten in all this)
Simmonds (3 years too late)
Gustafson
Luke f***ing Schenn has been on league minimum contracts for the last 5 years and one decent run playing with Rielly the guy thinks he's prime Chris Pronger lmao.
Good riddance
Ottawa 4x5Serious question:
Where does everyone see Bunting ending up?
Personally, I think Pittsburgh or Isles
Not saying his style of play has no value, it's just that the Maple Leaf mark-up is not fiction. Players on this team seem to be worth more than similar players on other teams just by virtue of the market/media sizeLuke Schenn led the eague leaders in hits last year
A league leader in hits while a D is not a league minimum player. He also got into 6-8 fights, especially with big boys
So yeah, he's worth more than league minium. There are players getitng paid more than that for doing less

1 year @2.25. Good contract for the Panthers. Must be nice to have a winning culture where players are willing to sign for cheap.OEL to the panthers - Friedman on twitter
