very interesting stuff. i like how he wanted to go with a balance of youth and experience on defense, that should work. i also like how he was not afraid to replace a vet like nikolishin with a youngster like chubarov, gutsy and smart. finally, he seems to have focused on having some "work horses" on offense, good idea.
