I don't think there are any surprises as to who the other 12 are. But I'll name them. Gretzky, Lemieux, Orr, Esposito, Lafleur, Dionne, Bossy, Kurri, Coffey, Stastny, McDavid, Kucherov.

Any surprises of ones who aren't there? Maybe someone thinks Yzerman or Jagr are there off the top of their head. Nope. Draisaitl, nope. Ovechkin is the closest to being there, literally a point away in 2010 from it.

Kucherov has done it too.

Without injuries and the Covid season, it's possible (but not guaranteed) Kucherov could have done it 7 straight seasons.

That is correct. I could have read that wrong when I saw it highlighted the other day. Perhaps it said 12 "others" have done it and that MacKinnon is not the 12th one. Why is Kucherov a guy we tend to forget for some reason? 3 Art Rosses, I shouldn't forget him that's for sure.

Pastrnak was only 4 points away from doing it as well this year (113, 110, 106), kind of nuts when you consider the roster.

now Im wondering who came closes without making it.

Kurri was within two points in the three seasons through 86/87 (135, 131, 108) and was within eight points of having five straight seasons hitting 110 points (104, 113, 135, 131, 108).

Trottier came within six points in the three seasons through 79/80 (123, 134, 104).

Federko was within 18 in the three seasons through 85/86 (107, 103, 102).

Hawerchuk was within 13 in those same three seasons (102, 130, 105).

Raising the threshold, Bossy came within three of hitting 120 points three seasons in a row, and within eight points of hitting it six seasons in a row (119, 147, 118, 118, 117, 123) (and was on pace for 120 in the 4th and 5th of those seasons).
