I have a strong suspicion that it is a song from a Japanese production music library. Pro wrestling promotion New Japan Pro Wrestling uses it.

Never mind man, I found the answer. It's Superhero by All Star Sports Music Crew. You cannot find it on Youtube though, it's available on iTunes and Spotify only. It's from 90's and still being played on NFL matches nowadays.
