No. Carolina has nothing the Jets want. Maybe Hanifin but he's not for sale. Maybe Slavin but not for Myers. Fleury? Meh. He's just a prospect. I don't think in the real world of the nhl... his value is not even close to RHD myers

Their young D depth is amazing. Eveyone is slobbering over Philly's D, but Carolina's is criminally underrated.

I suppose if Fleury came into camp and absolutely CRUSHED it, and I mean, so good that he displaced Slavin, then a Slavin-for-Myers trade would theoretically work from a Carolina perspective.

Myers is coming off of knee and hit surgery and has yet to be cleared for full training. No one will trade for him now.

And on the flip side, the Jets only trade him for an equal LHD.

Carolina doesn't need him. Many other teams could use him before Carolina.
