My DAZN subscription has been cancelled for no reason (canada)

Subscribed in January this year, got an ema saying it came to an end (auto renewal is illegal in quebec IIRC) but we’re in November

Checked Twitter and it seems I’m not the only one having this issue

Did anyone here run into the same issue?

I tried to contact customer service/tech support online, you must log in but it does not work and I get the error code 50 049 401

However when I log in in the main DAZN page it works

By the way turns out my dazn was cancelled was because the payment never got through (they admitted it’s their fault)
Which means I got 9-10 months of free dazn lol

My laptop. On my phone and iPad you can just get the app. Either way it’s meh. I get pretty much nothing other than the game live. Not worth it hoping for a better long term solution.

At the bottom should be a live option click on that the games should pop up. Your on the “home screen” which is basically nothing.
