Reasoning:

Montreal gets a D with some upside and a skillset they lack on their blueline, who they can pair with Savard in order to spare Romanov the hard matchups.

Toronto gets an early 3rd round selection as well as a serviceable defenceman with 23 playoff games experience in the last two years at below $1M.
