I'm able to sign up for the app, but I can't watch anything on it. Does anyone know if it's because I'm in NY and it only works outside the city? I'll be traveling tomorrow and was really hoping to watch the game. But when I click the play button, there's a second where it looks like it'll play but doesn't. Anyone have this happen to them?

MSG go is f***ing gutter trash. I’ve got caught in commercial loops before and it’s the worst thing ever

All the sports streaming apps seem to do that but I had no issues with msg go during preseason so far.

Weird, it used to work for me perfectly. Maybe I didn't use the app.

Clear all the data on the app and try again.
I'd also recommend a system ad blocker (Ad Guard)

I used it for a preseason game and had no issues. Hope that carries forward to the regular season.
