Hey gang

Curious if anyone has noticed chronic issues with MSG broadcasting games for the last two seasons. Specifically, the audio feed is atleast 1/4 to as bad as 1/2 second (like tonights game in the Long Island) ahead of the video feed. I'm out of town, and use center ice on DTV, but the issue also persists on ESPN+. I've looked everywhere and even written to some MSG media peeps but got no response. I have buddies that experience the same issue on ESPN+/DTV. I switched for a few mins to Islanders feed on MSG and there is NO issue. It's NYR specific. Am I crazy or are you all seeing this as well? tonight, the audio has been off around 40 seconds. i stream games as i'm out of market, but this game tonight has been the worst.

I’ve noticed, the audio is off like a half second or so. Sam sometimes yells score before I see it go in.

I’ve even tweeted at them but they don’t respond.

ESPN+ had some issues early on, but the past few months for me it's been pretty much perfect.

Yeah audio issues here as well unless Sam is clairvoyant and is just calling the goals before they go in. Lol.

I was experiencing bad sync issues during preseason games but for the most part the MSG games have been fine on my ESPN+ during the regular season. There is always a slight and noticeable audio skip during the goal song after the Rangers score at home though.

I noticed that the audio was out of sync with the video early in the season I haven't noticed it happen even once in the last few months. I didn't notice it tonight at all and I'm usually really nitpicky with stuff like that.

It’s not just the rangers I have noticed it in other games

Duplicate audio in the arena mics but never on the announcers

It’s always backwards never forwards in time

Turning the 4/4 goal song into 9/8

I don’t know how they haven’t fixed it yet

Yes, it was bad tonight. I mentioned it a few times in the GDT and was ignored (jerks!).
