Anyone know off-hand the most consecutive power plays converted in a row?

Same question for most number of penalty kills successfully completed in a row.

Random guesses, but I imagine the PP streak is a dozen or so and the PK streak is around 55.

24 hours and no answer? Did I finally stump the History section? Or is it more an issue of a poorly worded question? haha

Most Consecutive Playoff Games Played Without a Power Play Goal: 10 games, by the 2013–14 New York Rangers
Most Consecutive Playoff Power Play Chances Without a Goal: 36, by 2013–14 New York Rangers
Most Consecutive Penalties Killed: 53, by the 1999–2000 Washington Capitals

Some notable series:
Most Consecutive Regular Season Games Played from the start of the season with 100% PK since 1987-1988: 7
Detroit Red Wings 2014-2015
Minnesota Wild 2008-2009
Most Consecutive Regular Season Games Played Without a Power Play Goal from the start of the season since 1987-1988:10 Buffalo Sabres, 2014-2015

Hmm, those are sort of the opposite way of what I am looking for, but still interesting.

What I was hoping to find was something like "The 1983-1984 Oilers once scored on 17 power plays in a row" and "The 1976-1977 Canadiens killed off 52 straight penalty kills" type of thing.

Though, as a random aside, I find it interesting the record for most consecutive games without a PP goal is only 10.

I don't know the answer. But I doubt the consecutive successful PPs is more then 5 or 6.

53, by the 2000 Washington Capitals, is the most consecutive penalty kills by a team according to some people on the Pens board.

I was going to say the same thing. A dozen is unfathomable. Even if you're hot, 0.4 to the twelfth power is a super tiny number.

Math makes it all so clear

It is probably a bunch of teams tied at a low number.
