Another 5 runs for the offense tonight.

Tomorrow is gonna be a toss up. How effective will Cole be on three days? Usually short rest affects control and if his control isn't good he's prone to groove too many FBs and becomes susceptible to homers. I guess they have to hope for 6ip of effective ball from him and pray the bullpen doesn't crap the bed.

Just heard Glasnow is starting tomorrow on two days rest. I'm guessing he's effectively an opener to go through the top half of the order and piggyback Snell in the 2nd or 3rd.

Whose umping HP tomorrow? If they don't give Glasnow an inch off the outer half like CB douchebag Buckner did then Yanks will have a better chance to work the counts.

Rays manager said Glasnow on 2 days rest...what? Lol

Whatever... bring it on.

I do worry about Cole not getting to pitch against the Astros until deep into the series if we do advance though. Did we know yet how many days off we'd have between the two series'?

I would be shocked if he goes past 2.Snell should be good for 4 or 5 if needed and their full bp is ready.Still an interesting move by them
Yea I feel like youd rather start with Snell and then go to Glasnow, but only if you really have to. 2 Days rest just isnt a lot even if he didnt labor much on Tuesday. Very interesting decision

Yankees didn't have all too much trouble with a rested Snell so I doubt they'll have much issue getting to him on 3 days rest. Glasnow seemed to be their kryopnite (albeit with the help of the ump) so this isn't overly surprisingly.

This season has been a giant W for me now that the Coupons are gone. Bring in the nWo!

Still man, 4ER in 5IP. If that's "kryptonite" then I'm mighty ok with kryptonite. I'm more worried about the top flight pitchers in their BP which they haven't hit all year.

I'd hit Stanton 2nd.

Maybe if they win tonight, in the next round? Totally understand the sentiment but I wouldn't change the lineup for this game because I fear Stanton and Torres would put even more pressure on themselves to perform. 12, 10, 9, 5, 4, 5 runs scored. Offense hasn't really been the issue.
