Not enough tough outs in our lineup. Less swinging for good contact for line drives to spray the field. Too much all or nothing swings. Leads to easier innings for the opposing pitcher.

This team continues to be absolute selfish garbage. These guys repeatedly roll over trying to pull the ball or fly out because they are trying to elevate everything. Instead of leveling out the plane of their swing and serving a line drive out there to get a run in. Meanwhile the Rays have made great contact all series in that manner.

100% disagree. This team has been awful at the plate in their approach the last 2+ games now. The innings have been fairly easy with little stress on the Rays the last few innings. Make them work a bit. See a pitch after 4 straight balls to Judge, who hasnt been hitting himself. Its selfish. Itd be different if it was someone like DJLM who puts better bat on ball and doesnt overswing, sprays the field. But Hicks is not that guy. While he gets his walks, he takes enormous all or nothing swings like the rest of this lineup.

This team needs an overhaul.
