Hunt for me, I have liked the little that I have seen from Haight since the draft, though Hunt is much further along.

Novak would be competing for the following spot IMO if not for his recent medical news, real shame and hope he can make a comeback, I saw some high tier creativity in his game, underrated hockey IQ that could see him in an NHL role some day if everything goes perfectly. Obviously much more unlikely now and will tank his prospect ranking, but I would have had him in the next stretch for ceiling potential.

Technically, yeah. Isn't he in Iowa this year or did I imagine that?
You did not.

Defensemen

1Jake Middleton ($2.45M)Jared Spurgeon ($7.575M)
2Jonas Brodin ($6M)Matt Dumba ($6M)
3Jon Merrill ($1.2M))Dmitry Kulikov ($2.25M)
4Alex Goligoski ($2M)--------

Vying for spots: Calen Addison ($795,000), Andrej Sustr ($750,000), Dakota Mermis ($750,000), Joe Hicketts ($750,000), Daemon Hunt ($850,833), Ryan O’Rourke ($866,667), Simon Johansson ($855,000).

Even with the health issues, I'd still have Novak on there over a few of those names (Jones, Pillar, Masters). And Nesterenko too.

They're my #'s 14 and 15 after Haight at #13.
