The long-anticipated start to Danila Yurov’s NHL career could be on the horizon after the talented Russian center signed his three-year, $2.855 million entry-level contract ($950,000 AAV) with the Minnesota Wild on Friday.

I've been pumping the tires of Minnesota's future for sometime now. I figured the intense years of the Suter/Parise buyouts would kinda suck to sit through but once you got past it, full steam ahead.

They just gotta develop the young guys correctly and not give more 4 year contracts to players like Trenin with the new found cap space.
