Its the first game this season where I'm really feeling it with this squad. Gonna be interesting what happens when Hyman and Arvid come back. Kapanen is working off McDavid. He's really reading him decently on the cycle and this has also resulted in Nuge being more involved. So many players have trouble playing with McD and Kapanen just slots in and hits the ground running. Thats a wow.

I enjoyed Bowness breakdowns. Not crazy about him as a coach but he's adding to the analysis. Good breakdowns along with Bieksa.

Colorado look f***ed. They're also f***ed with RAT expecting 14M. What on Earth does that guy expect Drai money for. This game exemplified the relative different in the players. Drai was making Pods and Brown happen. Rantanen couldn't do a thing with studs. Also like that we're putting the Nurse-Stecher pair with Drai. Its the right move. That D pair helps the cycle and pressure there on that unit. Resulted in one of our goals.

For some reason I thought oake was a nepo baby. I just looked up his history and damn, he’s not a nepo baby at all and has been through a lot of crap in the past 15 years. He sucks but man I respect him way more now
