Stuff like this should be a multi-game suspension. I don't care if he's wearing a cup, a spear like that could cause SIGNIFICANT permanent damage. To go after a guys nuts like that is absolutely despicable.

No call. And look at where the linesman is.

That's so Panthers.

Someone should PS this so it's the ref spearing him. Because that's all that happens to the Panthers every time we play.

Linesman has a clear as day look, even looks like he is about to raise his hand. Needs to be accountability for this.

Would've given us a powerplay for all of overtime had they rightfully called a major there. But just another case of the NHL and its refs screwing over the Panthers

The fact that it happened right at the end of regulation makes it that much worse. Should have been on the PP during all of OT.

@OnTheForecheck: Gudbranson: “I really wish I could sing in the same register as your wife.”
Fisher: “I can help you with that."

At the end of regulation or not, spearing is always an automatic major penalty for a good reason.

Refs even had a group discussion about it and still didn't call it. What a joke.

Should have been a penalty, easily.
That being said, I know it's lowbrow, but somebody getting it in the nuts always makes me giggle.

After that decision, the third was a joke. The trip on Mackenzie in the third, no call and then the strips jumped at any chance to put the Preds in a position to come back in the third. It's not like they were outplaying Florida. Preds had one shot on goal in the third at the midway point and it was the jones powerplay goal. Ridiculous.

Don't worry. The refs saw the light slash on the stick by kopecky just a few minutes before to give the preds the PP they needed to tie the game

I hate complaining about the refs, but we're in a position where we need every point, so everything is magnified. The no call shot to the groin was just a grade A "f you" to Florida. Just get it right.

To be fair, that is a Slash and should be 2 mins (even if it is against Florida).. Light or not

Got to be real frustrating for gudbranson considering all the times he has gotten a 5 minute major for hits that have been deemed "clean" by the league the next day

To be fair, you're allowed to make stick on stick contact, are you not? Just because the guy can't hold on to his stick properly doesn't mean it's a penalty....If he broke his stick in half, that's a different story, but he didnt.
