There is a notice at the top of board right now but it is easy to overlook or accidentally hit 'X' and then it's gone. I will leave this stickied for the next week or so.
If you are a sponsor, there are Ad Free forum styles available for you to use, but it is not the default setting.
To enable, navigate to the footer at the bottom of forum and click/tap on the style chooser.
The style chooser overlay will appear. There are Ad Free versions of both the Light and Dark styles.
I did this on desktop but it is identical on mobile.
This can also be done by accessing your Account Preferences. Forum style is the first option and use the drop down to select an Ad Free style.
