Fayne for me, love his calmness and his decision making (most of the time). plus i was at the game where he scored his first goal so we're pretty much best friends at this point

I don't know if anyone even deserves this after Greene. I can't decide, they've all had decent streaks, then streaks of pure ****. If my hand was forced, I'd probably say either Fayne or Larsson but cases can be made for others. I'll go with Fayne but being the 2nd best defender on this team right now isn't saying much.

Fayne .. then Zidlicky then Salvador then Larsson then Volchenkov then Harold

Tallinder gets an "incomplete". Just hasn't played enough.

Now I don't have to vote anymore.

I'm taking Salvador.

He's been consistently solid. He's had some bad moments, but nowhere near as bad as some of the other guys or for as long as they have had.

Fayne. He's struggled a bit lately, but also hasn't gotten a chance to play well again with being scratched so much so others could get game time. When he's on his game, he's out 2nd best defenseman.

Fayne has been good but I'm taking Larsson. He's really been good defensively and on offense he shoots low and creates good rebounds. He could play man to man and when he's with Greene I feel always feel really confident that the pair will create a turnover. I know a lot of people were hard on him in the Ottawa game. I'll admit that he had some bad moments in that, but otherwise I thought he played pretty well.

I'm tempted to vote Zid. If I go with the thinking of "whose departure would have the most negative impact on this team" Greene is obvious as first, but I really do think Zid brings stuff that is extremely hard to replace.

I would go with Zid for the same reasons.

Provided he limits himself to wrist shots.

harrold has NOT been better than larsson. if you need an example, watch harrold play yesterday. horrible.

No, I think Harrold has been better overall. Harrold had a bad game yesterday, but has been great apart from that. Larsson has looked shaky all season, to a lesser extent recently, though.

Salvador because he has gotten more consistent as the season has gone on. I have Fayne at #3, would be #2 if he had been in the lineup for the last couple weeks (his fault or not, it's difficult to rank him at #2 when he hasn't played in that long.)

Harrold is the worst player that's worn a Devils jersey this season. -8 in 12 games is outstanding production.

Maybe Cam was worse. At least Barch and Greek aren't detriments when they're on the ice.
