I am pleased to introduce this year O Come Adeste --- EXEMPLIFIED which is a mash up of the traditional O Come All Ye Faithful with its Latin counterpart Adeste Fideles.

Every Christmas since we've had kids I've been doing feats of strength. I'm a f***ing training monster so continue to reign supreme but the writing is on the wall as the children will dethrone me eventually. The kids think this is a perfectly normal part of every family's Christmas tradition.
