Meeting players before/after practice

Hi guys,

The Russian team is having a practice at the Ricoh today which is about 5 mins from my house and I was thinking of going down to see if I can get a selfie or two. Any advice on how far in advance before start of practice or after the end the players leave and where at Ricoh do they go in/out?

Any help would be appreciated!
