Ridding the org of the "good ol' boys" and bringing in guys who'd won before didn't hurt either.
 
You'd have to be able to see the future to have believed DL's plans could ever come together this well.

You should add in another one of the super happy faces for our second Cup :)

I third the recommendation to add a second happy face into that avatar. Hopefully we will eventually make them all smile!
