McCann vs Virtanen

At the game still don't think virtanen should stay up if we want to get the most of his offence.

I'm not really buying it. Maybe if your definition of better is that he tries more flashy plays but Bo was much better on the cycle and didn't need to rely on his wingers getting him the puck. Shot totals are comparable through first 7 games even though Bo actually got less ice-time to start last season than McCann.

McCann's skill level is higher than Bo's, is a much faster skater, and has a better shot. But we knew that the type of game McCann or Domi plays isn't the same type of game that Bo plays. At the end of the day, Bo producing less offensively isn't going to be the end all be all in terms of value to a team.

I feel like Virtanen and McCann were both decent in the last couple games.
