With Switzerland losing in overtime yesterday, Germany needs at least one point to keep the quarterfinal hopes alive. :help:

But at least they have avoided relegation early. :handclap:

Play pesky D, keep the puck away from the goal, get that 1 point, I don't care how, win in regulation if it needs to be :D

Good thing we avoided relegation, but now I'm hungry ;)

Czechs are great though, don't think we'll win, but you never know.

oh forgot to say this i really wish Czech to win the whole tournament tho! so jagr can win gold at home:D

The Czechs team have look even worser then Sweden has and Germany allmoste tied that game against us could have been a German win aswell.

Nope. We haven't looked that bad as Sweden. I don't really know in what world you live. We dominated weaker teams so far, we just had problems to score early in the game against Austria/France.

I live in the world called reality check the tabell:laugh: anyway i still hope Czech gonna win the whole tournament:D

Hmm..

Think Germany have a big chans to win this game!:yo:

I would be surprised if Germany got anything out of this game, but you never know. Our defence has been all over the place, and we seem to find it difficult to get into games. Ruzicka also keeps changing the various lines, hasn't found his optimal team yet. The Czechs should still win reasonably comfortably as they are the far better individual players, but you never know. The Germans can play hockey, they have shown it against the Swedes, and if France can almost get a point off Canada, anything can happen… If the Germans defend well, maybe get a goal against our sub-par defence, it could get interesting. I hope the Czechs score a couple of goals early-on so that I can relax, but I wouldn't count on it.

Whats wrong? There's Handball on TV.. Handball! I want to see a mens game there!

And you are what? Surprised?
In Germany its Handball domestic Cup-Final >>>>> Ice hockey World Championship preliminary round game (even an important one).
