Max Sauve

From my limited viewings, Max could be a good fit on the 3rd line. Too bad he can't stay healthy.

As long as he is healthy then he should get a look there. Brings a lot more size and speed over Bourque in that position.

I would call him up right now. He's not injured and I think he should get a shot.

He took a shot to the head right into the boards last night late in the game and skated off woozy. Thankfully he's playing tonight. Frickin' scary every time though.

I'd buy stock in Johnson and Johnson the second you see Sauve called up.

I think Sauve would fit although I also wonder if they won't try Spooner.

If Marchand is out I figure they will switch Peverly to the 2nd line and put the called up on Kelly's wing.

I do not remember-is Sauve a left or right shot?

Bruins could use his speed,Tardiff needs go thats for sure.

Tardif looked bad in limited minutes... seems to have very heavy feet and not enough sense/anticipation to start moving them ahead of time. Guys that are slow out of the blocks have to be able to know when to cheat to get ahead of the play.

His line was good though so I don't think he was that bad. The 3 of them looked pretty big collectively out there even though none of Campbell, MacDermid, or Tardif is a huge guy.

He was fine his line had a nice game no complaints from me about Tardif and I am glad the organization rewarded him with the call up for his strong play in Providence.

Ive watched him in Prov for a few years and he's insanely skilled. Very fast. And he's very smart with the puck. Its just that his injuries happen pretty much every season. Wether its his wrist or neck, injuries follow him. Had he not gotten injured at that wrong times, he'd be playing with the B's right now.

He's the next call up probably, I just hope he can stay healthy for a full season, which I don't think he's done yet.

If Marchand is out for a while, which luckily seems unlikely, then I'd hope he'd be the next call-up. Tardiff was invisible, Bourque is our 3rd line LW until Paille comes back and maybe even still is when he does, MacDermid is in for Thornton and is the 13th.

It's really a shame, if he wasn't so injury prone he would have been on the lineup permanently quite a while ago.

IMO. Sauve has the skills to score at the NHL level. But he seems to be injury prone. Too bad. Cause I really like his speed.

Players don't make the NHL in a blink of an eye. Nick Bonino is someone like that for all I know Sauve is too but a little further behind. There are plenty of other players we could research.

Saw him in a game in Providence against the Whale last month. He was easily one of, or the best Bruins player. Even if injury prone I was surprised that he wasn't called up this week. He plays fast and aggressive. Me like!

I'd call him up and play him until he got hurt. He can't be any worse than Tardiff who I thought was pretty terrible.

We have too many "tweeners" right now. The guys we need to progress and contribute (Spooner and Knight) are a little way away and the guys we can call up (Tardiff, Sauve etc.) all have limitations.

The only time I watched sauve play is the game he was knocked out in his first shift and the black and white scrimmage before this season. In the scrimmage he was the best player on the ice IMO and not only showcased his goal scoring ability but also his passing ability and speed. I don't see much limitation in his game outside Of injury concerns.
