Scored againts Sweden in Quarterfinal to tie game like 1 minute left in game scored winning (and only) goal againts Russia in semifinal and two goals againts Canada in Final. And he was captain of underdog team Finland that won it. So ofc he wasnt best player of Finland that year but thats way he got it.

Anttila can't skate, doesn't hit enough... Can't produce offensively unless the game is on the line.

I'd say, he would have been more helpful in playoffs, than Reaves...

NHL has big problem with coaches. I don't say, they are bad, but they are used to influx of players. If someone doesn't work, they don't care why, they just use someone else, ignoring factors like talent, style, proper using etc. That's why stories like MSL happen.

European coaches value every player, because they won't get other ones.
