Weeks does it again.

Good for Minnesota, they looked good going into the playoffs. Boldy is a stud too.

Good for Fleury, I think he fits really well with Minnesota.

The off-season goalie market is going to get real spicy. Not a lot of guys and a lot of teams who need a starter.

Doubt it very much.

Russo - who is as plugged in with a team as any NHL beat writer - has been clear that the Wild want Fleury because Talbot is 35 and probably can't play more than 50 games.

Depending on what Fleury makes, they might need to move Talbot for a cheaper option. I think it's pretty up in the air. I think odds are you're right, but I expect they explore options.

toronto front office should be clenching their cheeks now lol
They have for a few years now no? At least when it comes to the playoffs, Leafs are a top tier regular season team for the past few years but hard to win with poor goaltending

I might be one of the few Leafs fans who did not want MAF.

Good luck in Minny.

If I'm the Oilers, I'm going after Talbot. Talbot has been very good the last couple of years in Minnesota, if I'm in his shoes I am pissed they're bringing back Fleury, who is not better than Cam.
