Refs keep screwing over the Leafs...I said it in the game thread, and I'll say it here: some of those teams ahead of the Leafs in points are actually not better than the Leafs, but they just get more powerplay opportunities from these corrupt refs to help them win games and get more points...there is no way that the Leafs should just get 1 powerplay (again) tonight if the game was called fairly...it was only several games ago when the Leafs only got 1 powerplay over 4 games! You know what would happen to the refs if a team like the Bruins got 1 powerplay in 4 games?

Extremely impressive win because we were the better team in the 3rd with the lead. Carolina with two pretty flukey goals, one off a blocked shot going to the perfect place and the other with the puck just coming out of Kallgren's pads as he thinks he's got it or this could have been a shutout.

This Carolina team cannot handle the Leafs with Matthews lol. We would roll over them especially with Freddie in net.

Andersen is who we thought he was.

Some negatives were the blueline turnovers in the first, good job cleaning that up... It's the reason we won imo. Also, putrid job at clearing the puck in the final two minutes.

The biggest positive, Kallgren is simply steady.

Thought Bunting really struggled in this one but battled hard every shift.
