Its extremely irritating to have to scroll past his awful posts but you can't simply ignore him, because for some reason a lot of the GDT and PGT threads are started by this child. Meaning you can't see the entire thread, so I had to unignore him.

Only mentioning this because your solution is not a valid one, but I gave up complaining about this guy ages ago and just continue to scroll when I see the avatar.

It has never been tried on the others so we will never know how they would respond. I said it in the Nylander thread , i would put him left of Matthews. Tell him to perform to get to stay. Not on a third line. "oh i see your confindence are down, here let me make it worse" .

He got to get the shooting going. Shots less then Marner wich he never should. Marner is both the best sniper and the passer on this team the last ten games. We need Nylander to be the second best sniper again(and Matthews to be the best). But he needs help not demotion.

As a father I can tell you rewarding bad behavior will 100% come back and bite you on the arse

I don't care about Engvall, or the other players on the Islanders. If the Leafs bring their A game, for the whole game... they win. It's that simple. But, they don't always do that.

Isles clinging to a wild card spot, but teams below them have some games in hand. They are going to want this one badly. This could mean a cautious, low scoring boring game, or based on their last 1/2 dozen games we could see a lot of goals. What team will show up? The 6-3 winners against the Ducks or the 5-1 losers against the Capitals.

Then we need to put a fork in them. If I recall, it was the Isles that beat the Devils that year about 15 years ago and when we went on a huge run to end the season to come within 1 point of making it and the Isles brought their A game in a meaningless game for them on the last day of the season to ruin it for us.

How do you know everyone isn't being held accountable? Trying to manage every single person the exact same way to be "fair" is the dumbest way to manage and lead people. You figure out how people are specifically motivated and you do that.
