on the one hand he still brings intangible value as a leader and the 4th line won't make or break the team... but would like to see younger guys get a shot at it as well like anderson for example.

Some reports I'd seen about 2 or 3 years ago perhaps had mentioned that Kabarle and Antropov were helping the Leafs brass in development of youngsters

Agreed, I think they’d bring a more dangerous game at this point and probably play a harder game. I think the difference being Spezza plays a pretty safe game and they don’t want the fourth line to hemorrhage goals... maybe?

lol I remember he used to do this postgame thing on Leafs TV it was hilarious the ppl calling in especially after Leafs losses

Antropov is one of the development coaches with the team. Not sure about Tomas though.
