Took me some time to find the account, but nope no accent. Hasn't put up a video in 13 years. Pretty sure he still posts here I just can't recall the account.

I have been pumping this guy‘s tires for a long time. My Bruins game experience is not complete until the next morning when I watch Low Quality. Love the guy, his sense of humour and his knowledge of the game. His opening skits are always hilarious.
